Salt Oak

We enjoyed our stay at Salt & Oak. The house was very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. We love Oak Island and would return to this rental.

We had an issue with ants in the kitchen. We bought a box of donuts and put them on the counter and the next morning they were covered in ants, so there went $30.00. There was only one three seater couch for a three bedroom house, definitely not enough seating in the living room. The outside landscaping left a lot to desire, and could really use work. We was welcomed by a snake in the old dead plants.

Really pretty house inside. Awesome screened in front porch and outdoor shower. Great kitchen and rooms good sized. Peaceful neighborhood. Not a long drive to multiple delicious restaurant’s and grocery store plus a super short short drive to many public parking spots on beach.

We had a great stay at Dean's cottage! It was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Dean was incredibly accommodating and helped us out on very short notice after we had major issues with another rental. We really appreciated his quick communication and willingness to help. The stay turned what could have been a stressful vacation into a great one. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oak Island!

Beautiful home! It was very clean, spacious, and located in a nice area. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Great host and a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely recommend.
