Perfect for families or small groups, our home offers comfortable accommodations with easy access to the beach, local dining, and outdoor adventures. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach, explore local shops, or enjoy peaceful evenings on the porch, this house is your perfect home away from home.

The Space:
Our home is spacious and inviting, featuring an open-concept living area with plenty of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the cozy living room is perfect for winding down after a day of exploring Oak Island.

Master Bedroom: Comfortable Queen-size bed.

Second Bedroom: Full-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep.

Living Room: Full-size futon, great for extra guests or lounging.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms

Location:
Our house is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Oak Island is known for its peaceful atmosphere, and you’ll have easy access to some of the area’s best restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities like kayaking, fishing, and hiking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house and private yard, except for a locked cabinet, one locked closet and the outside storage building. Feel free to relax in the outdoor seating area or take a short walk to the beach for a swim or sunset.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM

No smoking inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please pick up after yourself.

Dogs (only) are welcome with prior approval (pet fee applies at the rate of $100 per pet.)

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in our neighborhood
